How to Fight a Fever - Acetaminophen or BioE Inflammation Remedy?
Fevers are a body's way of killing any bacteria or virus that has entered the body. My approach for fighting fevers has been to let it run it's course. I keep a close eye on it and, provided it doesn't get over the limit that I am comfortable with (102.5), I do nothing but provide fluids & rest. If it gets over 102.5 then I give the BioEnergetics Inflammation Remedy instead of Acetaminophen. I have heard horrible things about what Acetaminophen does to our bodies & our livers, so I feel safer giving a homeopathic remedy instead. Every time I have given my children this remedy I have seen the fever drop to 99 within 15-30 minutes.Every parent needs to decide what temperature they are comfortable with before giving something and learn more about Acetaminophen before just freely giving it at every little sign of a fever or fussiness.
