ShippingShipping is charged based on actual USPS postal rates, which is based entirely on the weight of your purchase. We do not add extra for handling or make any money off of shipping charges. Most of the time we pay some of the shipping. We pay extra for delivery confirmation on all packages to help insure a smooth delivery to your address.
Shipping Options
We use the USPS for sending packages. We have shipped thousands of packages with them, and to date none have ever been lost. Packages under 13 ounces can be shipped first class, priority mail, or express mail. Packages over 13 ounces can be shipped priority mail or express mail. As mentioned above, we always use delievery confirmation so packages can be traced if necessary.
Shipping Time
Most items will ship the same or next day. On Sundays and government holidays mail is neither picked up nor delivered. On rare occasions we may need to coordinate with our suppliers to fulfill a large or unusual order, and this can add processing time to the order. Once in the hands of the USPS, first class mail normally takes 2-5 days, Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 days, and Express Mail takes 1 day.
ReturnsWe will gladly accept returns on items in unused & new condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The cost of the item, minus shipping, will be credited back to your account.
ShooShoos ReturnsShooShoos must be returned with sticker still (never having been removed) on the sole, stuffing in the shoes, and tag still on the bag. ShooShoos & packaging must be in brand new condition with no marks on the sole. We recommend for the purpose of trying them on that they be put on and your child allowed to walk on carpeted area for a minute or two.
